Our newborn talent ranges in age from 0-5months. They are the littlest of our talent but are perfect for a range of opportunities. Our team has a range of knowledge on working with newborns and can assist in ensuring that your experience with us is personable and seamless. A range of our team members are also well versed in federal and state legislation regarding the employment of newborns in the entertainment industry; this is especially important for babies under 12 weeks as the restrictions are a lot stricter than children of other ages. We are the only agency in our space that represents such an ample range of newborns, ensuring you will always find what you are looking for with us.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our newborn package is for newborns under the age of 4 months. Once a child is over this age, they can apply for our standard talent representation package.
Every employer of a newborn baby must follow a strict set of guidelines and obtain a permit from the state’s governing body, before they can use a newborn baby on set. It is highly regulated for the safety of all the children.
Before a baby can be approved to work on set, they must meet the following criteria:
- Must have been born full- term (37 weeks in Australia)
- Birth weight must have been 3kg or more
- They must not have had any post-natal problems
- Must have had satisfactory weight gain since birth
- Must be currently feeding successfully
We only offer placement to babies who tick all these boxes.
The Bettina Management head office is located in Melbourne. We also have offices located in Sydney, Brisbane, Surfers Paradise and Perth. We have talent in every location that we have an office in.

Koa- Rae
Meet Koa-Rae.

Angie’s baby girl Koa-Rae scored an amazing role with us at Bettina: the role of Baby Grace on Aussie soap Home & Away.
Angie says she was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to work with Koa as a newborn on set.
“I thought it was going to be really challenging, but the casting crew were great. The nurses on Home & Away were fabulous,” Angie says.
“I was really impressed with the way newborns are handled on set… The babies come first.”
Angie says parents of newborns shouldn’t be worried; that “everybody helps out,” and there are rules and regulations in place to ensure the baby’s safety and wellbeing is protected.

Miika S
Meet Miika.
Miika received a lot of attention and compliments as a newborn, so mum Tali thought, why not try modelling? And boy, did it pay off!
“It was a really informative interview process and the service was really amazing, very friendly and very thorough,” said Tali.
Miika has starred in campaigns and shoots with brands such as Australian Country Spinners and Pure Baby

Ava & Olivia
Meet identical twins Ava and Olivia.
Mum Sammy says she chose Bettina Management for her girls based on reputation, opportunities provided, and how with us, the children are always put first.
Sammy has starred with Ava and Olivia in campaigns for brands such as Elevit and Airtasker, saying she values the ability to work with her young daughters.
“The best part of working on set would be being together as a family, to be able to work as a new mum with your children was quite a special experience,” Sammy says.
