Babies are some of our most requested talent, mainly because most campaigns require multiple babes to fill one role, as babies are always unpredictable. Our team is well equipped to guide both parents and clients with knowledge of all regulations and legislation to be followed when dealing with babies on set.
We actively source new talent on a regular basis in order to keep a healthy and varied pool of diverse talent from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and of different ages, sizes, skills and abilities.
Our baby models have state of the art online portfolios allowing us to give clients up to date information on their development and sizing upon request. This enables us to service our clients with accurate and appropriate information on our talent, with both urgency and ease.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our babies are between the ages of 4 months – 2 years. If the child is less than 4 months, they fall into our Newborn category, and if they are older than 2 years, they fall into our Toddler category.
Every employer of a baby must follow a strict set of guidelines and obtain a permit from the state’s governing body before they can use a baby on set or stage. The industry is highly regulated to protect both kids and clients. In some states there are more requirements that need to specifically meet for children under 3 years old.
The Bettina Management head office is located in Melbourne. We also have an agency and teams in Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Perth.

Willow & Harlow
Meet identical twins Willow and Harlow.
Mum Ashlea says that dealing with her twins on set can be difficult at times, but that she never feels like she is on her own.
“Everyone there is so willing to give you a hand, so overall it’s a really great experience.”
The twins have been in ads for companies like Bupa and have also starred in Season Two of Aussie drama The Wrong Girl as baby Manisha.
Ashlea encourages all parents of young ones to give modelling a try, saying that her family has built some special connections along their journey.
“It just felt like a little family by the end of it,” she says.

Melody Z
Meet Melody.
Melody’s dad Randy says he wanted his little girl to try modelling because she has loved being in front of the camera since she was very small.
“Working all together… The atmosphere was very warm and sweet, it’s a very unique experience for us,” says mum Laura.
Laura, Randy and Melody have starred in campaigns together as a family for brands like Britax, who sell prams and car seats.
“If you find your kids are interested in being in this industry or being in front of the camera, just do it,” recommends Laura.

Meet Miika.
Miika received a lot of attention and compliments as a newborn, so mum Tali thought, why not try modelling? And boy, did it pay off!
“It was a really informative interview process and the service was really amazing, very friendly and very thorough,” said Tali.
Miika has starred in campaigns and shoots with brands such as Australian Country Spinners and Pure Baby
